01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Without separating rolls, slice the entire block horizontally to create a top and bottom half.
03 - Arrange bottom half of the rolls on prepared baking sheet. Layer sliced cheddar cheese evenly, add ham or turkey if desired.
04 - Place the top half of the rolls over the fillings.
05 - Mix melted butter with mustard, honey, and garlic powder if using. Brush the tops of the rolls with this mixture.
06 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool for 2 minutes, cut into individual mini sandwiches, and serve warm.
